The epoxy cast dry-type transformers produced by our company include SC (B) 10, SC (B) 11, SC (B) 12, SC (B) 13, SCB14, and SCB18 series. Their performance indicators meet various standards, operate reliably, and reach the national advanced level. According to user requirements, aluminum alloy and stainless steel casings with protection levels of IP00, IP20, and IP23 can be used without a casing. It has the characteristics of flame retardancy, moisture resistance, dust prevention, and low noise, and can penetrate deep into the load center. Widely applicable to high-rise buildings, airports, stations, docks, power plants, substations, etc. Especially suitable for installation and use in places with high fire prevention requirements such as flammable and explosive materials.
Product Features
High insulation strength: The epoxy resin used for casting has an insulation breakdown field strength of 18-22kV/mm, and the oil transformer with the same voltage level has roughly equivalent lightning breakdown strength. The insulation temperature level is F level, the maximum allowable temperature is 155 ℃, and the winding temperature rise limit is 100K
Strong short-circuit resistance: Due to the material properties of the resin and the integral casting of the winding, it becomes a rigid body after heating and curing, resulting in high mechanical strength.
Strong overload capacity: The coil has good air duct heat dissipation performance. If the fan is put into operation and operates under forced air cooling, the transformer can operate under short-term overload.
Superior environmental and safety performance: Epoxy resin is a chemically extremely stable material with excellent moisture and dust resistance. The resin is flame retardant and can self extinguish, without causing secondary disasters such as explosions.
