As the name suggests, a high and low voltage distribution cabinet is a distribution equipment used in power supply systems for energy distribution, control, metering, and cable connection. Generally, power supply bureaus and substations use high voltage switchgear, which is then led out to the low voltage distribution cabinet through transformers on the low voltage side. The low voltage distribution cabinet is connected to various power distribution panels, control boxes, and switch boxes, and inside it is a distribution device that integrates some switches, circuit breakers, fuses, buttons, indicator lights, instruments, wires, and other protective devices to meet the design functional requirements.

1. The elevation or verticality of the distribution box (panel) exceeds the allowable deviation: it is caused by inaccurate measurement and positioning or uneven ground, and should be corrected in a timely manner.

2. Improper distribution box iron frame: If the iron frame is not straightened and aligned before installation, or if the fixed point position is offset during installation, it should be re aligned with a suspension wire before fixing.

3. The electrical appliances and instruments on the distribution box panel are not firm, flat or unevenly spaced, the pressure head is not firm, the pressure head damages the wire core, and the pressure head of multiple wires is not equipped with pressure terminals. The card frame is not installed below the brake, and if the screws are not tight, they should be tightened. The spacing should be adjusted evenly and leveled according to the requirements. The damaged part of the wire core should be cut off and reconnected, multiple strands of wire should be fitted with crimping terminals, and the card frame should be reinstalled.

4. If the cross-section of the grounding wire is insufficient or the cross-section of the protective ground wire is insufficient, and the protective ground wire is connected in series, these non compliant requirements should be corrected according to relevant regulations. The PE wire terminals inside the distribution box and panel are suitable for general public building projects and should not be used in civil residential projects.

5. The wiring arrangement behind the panel is not neat: it should be tied into bundles according to the branches and fixed inside the panel.

6. The distribution box (panel) is missing components such as hinges, locks, screws, etc.: all necessary installation components should be fully equipped.

7. Iron boxes should have long holes for electrical and gas welding: one pipe should have one hole, and electrical and gas welding holes should not be used. The pipes should be flush with the box.

8. If the gaps around the stable construction of the distribution box are too large, cement mortar should be used to build the box and pipes firmly.

9. The outer side of the wooden box is not anti-corrosion and the inner wall is rough: it should be treated according to regulations.

10. The welding points on the inner wall of the iron box of the distribution box are corroded: anti rust paint should be applied.
