Operating Procedures for Electrical Equipment Maintenance

Key equipment with fuses installed during power outages lasting more than 4 hours should have their fuses removed.

1. After the electrical equipment under maintenance is powered off, it must be tested for electricity. The tester should meet the voltage level, and the high-voltage part must wear insulated gloves. After confirming that there is no electricity, the grounding wire should be connected and an infrared insulation rod should be held to discharge to the ground.

2. Hang a warning sign reading 'No Closing, Someone Working' on the knife switch handle of the power outage line, and hang a sign reading 'High Voltage Powered, No Entry' outside the fence of the non power outage area.

3. Key equipment with fuses installed during power outages lasting more than 4 hours should have their fuses removed.

4. After the maintenance work is completed, remove the grounding wire, evacuate personnel from the site, return the work permit, and remove the warning sign before resuming power supply.

5. It is strictly prohibited to carry out live maintenance on various electrical equipment.
